Step to become a member

SUBMIT documents required below, to info@baliweddingassociation.com.

    Complete & sign membership application. Click here to download it.

  2. 2.

    Copy of ID director or responsible person of the company. For foreigners, additionally need Imta, Kitas/kitap.

  3. 3.

    Copy of ID owners for business type personal companies (jenis usaha perseorangan).

  4. 4.

    Copy of SIUP, NIB for company.

  5. 5.

    Copy of NPWP for any type of business including talent.

  6. 6.

    Passport photo (soft copy) of the responsible person in the company.

  7. 7.

    Company portfolio photos, maximal 10 photos, maximum size 200 KB each photo.

  8. 8.

    Logo of the company JPEG or PNG format, maximum size 100 KB.

  9. 9.

    Photo of the office from the front.

DOCUMENT CHECK. After all document requirements are complete and checked, BWA will send an invoice for membership fee
