1. Mrs. Pande gave information about foreigners who hold a wedding in Bali should use the principle of local events, while for the locals use the principle of domicile.
2. Mrs. Pande gave information also about a mix marriage in Bali only available for a blessing ceremony, the legal wedding still has to be held where the spouse’s domicile using his/her Indonesia ID to be able to get the legal marriage certificate from the local civil registry office.
