The Grand Launching of Bali Wedding Association

The Launching

Bali Wedding Association is the first association of professional wedding businesses in Indonesia. It has officially been established with the aim to serve as the auspices organization for professional wedding businesses on the island.

Bali Wedding Association (BWA) launching held in Taman Bhagawan on April 30th 2014. Attended by more than 400 peoples who curious about this association, after being inaugurated on April 24th by Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati, chairman of the Indonesian Hotels and Restaurants Association in Bali Tourism Board Building.

The ceremonial start with the opening speech from Mr. Deden as a chairman of BWA for 2014-2016, while all the guest seat and have a pleasant dinner. After that, all BWA officer went up the stage, introduced to all member and also member candidate, accompanied by traditional dance and also a spectacular fireworks.

Furthermore, IHRA  chairman, Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati along with several chairman of organization which under the auspices of IHRA seen among the guest.

BWA is strongly supported by the government, Ida Bagus Kade Subhiksu, head of the provincial tourism agency in Bali, said the institution would fully support the existence of the BWA to organize the wedding business in Bali. In addition, the presence of the Bali Wedding Association will enable us to better handle complaints from guests.
